How Are Your Products Made?
Each item in our store is made to order, just for you. We don’t hold inventory, so nothing is printed until you order it: then your design is printed directly onto the fabric.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Your shirt is printed first, then shipped. Most orders currently take 2 to 5 business days to print. Checkout shows the delivery options for your address. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories can take an extra 7 to 12 business days to arrive.
How Much Is Shipping, And Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship within the United States. US orders of $100 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is our print partner’s rate, shown at checkout before you pay: from $4.95 for one tee, and about $2.40 for each extra tee.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking.
Returns, Exchanges And Problems
Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?
Because every item is custom-made to order and we do not hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or colour preferences. Read the full return and exchange policy.
My Order Arrived Damaged, Defective Or With A Printing Error. What Now?
We will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- a clear photo showing the damage or printing error.
Please do not ship items back to the return address on the package, as we cannot track or process them there.
I Ordered The Wrong Size. Can You Help?
Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. Every item is made to order just for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Product And Sizing
How Do Your T-Shirts Fit?
Most of our tees are a unisex, classic-fit tee, in sizes S to 5XL. Our size guide has its measurements in inches and centimetres.
What Are They Made Of?
- T-shirt (most of our tees): solid colours are 100% cotton; Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester; heather colours are 50% cotton and 50% polyester; Ash is 99% cotton and 1% polyester. 5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²), taped neck and shoulders, a tubular body with no side seams, and a tear-away label.
- Crewneck sweatshirt: 50/50 cotton and polyester fleece, 8.0 oz/yd², brushed inside, a 1×1 rib collar with spandex.
- Hoodie: 50/50 cotton and polyester fleece, 8.0 oz/yd², a double-lined hood and a front pouch pocket.
Why Does My White Shirt Look Slightly Off-White?
Because of the fabric, the White colour of this tee can look off-white rather than bright white.
How Do I Care For My Shirt?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not iron on the print, and do not dry-clean.
