Shipping policy

Made to order

Each item in our store is made to order, just for you. We don’t hold inventory, so nothing is printed until you order it: then your design is printed directly onto the fabric.

How long it takes

Your shirt is printed first, then shipped. Most orders currently take 2 to 5 business days to print. Checkout shows the delivery options for your address. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories can take an extra 7 to 12 business days to arrive.

Shipping costs

US orders of $100 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is our print partner’s rate, shown at checkout before you pay: from $4.95 for one tee, and about $2.40 for each extra tee.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. Our refund policy has the details.

Lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will trace it with our printer and the carrier, and send a replacement if it is lost. If tracking shows your order as delivered, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as we cannot replace a package the carrier shows as delivered.
