The back of this Neon Sushi Bar sweatshirt glows with a late-night sushi stall run by two chinstrap penguins.
Tonight the counter is fully staffed: one chinstrap waves a flipper at passers-by, the other stands ready behind a plate of sushi. The late shift suits them. Wild chinstraps forage at sea day and night, with most of their diving effort near midnight and noon. Pull up a stool.
