On the front of this Japan Global Series sweatshirt, a chinstrap penguin in a bucket hat strolls through a red torii gate.
Our traveller has traded the Antarctic for moss and stone, and is taking this path at a very unhurried waddle. Two fox statues keep watch from their plinths, one holding a grey ball, the other a sprig of grain. Penguins start exploring young. Adélie fledglings enter the Southern Ocean for the first time at about two months old, without parental supervision.
The front print is a full-colour cartoon in bold outlines: the red gate, two orange foxes, a maple, pines and a far mountain. Beneath it runs the caption “Chinstrap Collective Global Series - Japan”. Across the upper back, “Worn From The Wild” is set in olive serif lettering.
