This Rocks Since Hatching Mug shows a chinstrap penguin proudly carrying a smooth pebble home to its carefully kept nest of stones.
Some of us have collected rocks for as long as we can remember, and this penguin understands completely. Every pebble is chosen with care, and the best ones go straight to the nest. Off incubation duty, chinstrap penguins gather stones for their nests from the ground, or steal them from other nests.
A chinstrap penguin carries a smooth pebble in its beak toward a neat nest of collected stones, beaming. “Collecting Rocks Since Hatching” sits under the drawing on the side that faces the room; the side you see as you drink carries a true penguin fact, and both sides carry the Chinstrap Collective wordmark.
