Most of our T-shirts are printed on a unisex, classic-fit tee, in sizes S to 5XL. These are its measurements.

These are measurements of the shirt itself, not of your body. Any one shirt can differ from them by up to 1.5 inches (3.8 cm).

How To Choose Your Size

  1. Take a T-shirt that fits you the way you like, and lay it flat.
  2. Width: measure straight across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
  3. Length: measure from the top of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
  4. Sleeve length from centre back: measure from the middle of the back of the collar, over the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
  5. Find the size whose numbers are closest to yours.

Use a tape measure for accurate numbers.

What The Shirt Is Made Of

  • Solid colours: 100% US cotton.
  • Sport Grey: 90% US cotton, 10% polyester.
  • Heather colours: 50% US cotton, 50% polyester.
  • Ash: 99% US cotton, 1% polyester.

The fabric is 5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²), with taped neck and shoulders and a tear-away label. Because of the fabric, the White shirt can look slightly off-white.

Care: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not iron on the print, do not dry-clean.

Eyes closed and book upside down, the penguin on this Penguin Wisdom T-shirt has found inner peace anyway.

Our penguin opened a book called WISDOM, closed both eyes and concluded that the obstacle is someone else's problem. There is no rush. Real chinstrap penguins can live to be 16 to 20 years old. That leaves time to finish a book, even one held the wrong way up.

The front print is a cartoon chinstrap penguin in navy and cream, eyes closed, holding a brown book labelled WISDOM upside down. Above it, “The Obstacle is your” arches over “PROBLEM”, and a Chinstrap Collective wordmark sits at the lower right. A small brand label is printed inside the neck.
