How To Choose Your Size

  1. Take a T-shirt that fits you the way you like, and lay it flat.
  2. Width: measure straight across the chest, from armpit to armpit.
  3. Length: measure from the top of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
  4. Sleeve length from centre back: measure from the middle of the back of the collar, over the shoulder, to the end of the sleeve.
  5. Find the size whose numbers are closest to yours.

Use a tape measure for accurate numbers.

What The Shirt Is Made Of

  • Solid colours: 100% US cotton.
  • Sport Grey: 90% US cotton, 10% polyester.
  • Heather colours: 50% US cotton, 50% polyester.
  • Ash: 99% US cotton, 1% polyester.

The fabric is 5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²), with taped neck and shoulders and a tear-away label. Because of the fabric, the White shirt can look slightly off-white.

Care: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not iron on the print, do not dry-clean.

A smiling penguin in a green bucket hat looks out from a mountain badge on the front of this Penguin Patch T-Shirt.

Our penguin wears the hat of someone who knows every trail by heart, and a grin to match. Staying cool on the trail matters, and some penguins have a built-in trick. African penguins have a patch of bare skin above each eye that helps them stay cool in South Africa's heat. This badge is ready for the trail.

The front print is a round retro badge: a smiling penguin in a green bucket hat before an orange sky, grey peaks and pines. “CHINSTRAP COLLECTIVE” curves across the top and “WORN FROM THE WILD” across the bottom, in navy on cream.
